About Paul Perez

Paul was born in Dallas and raised in Frisco, TX when it was a town of about 3,000.

He began working in Real Estate for Prudential California Realty under the guidance of Bruce T.  Mulhearn.  Bruce hired Paul to recruit new agents while obtaining his Real Estate License. He passed his licensing exam, but decided to return to Texas.  He left California after only a year and returned to live in the great city of Austin; well ahead of the impending crash.

Paul was honored as the Rookie of the Year in 2006 and has since been an integral part of the success of The Live Well Team, helping to amass countless awards and recognition within the Prudential Family.

Paul has proven his tenaciousness and drive and he has been made Property Servicing Manager for Henderson Properties while concurrently serving as Operations Manager of the very busy Live Well Team.   He has been able to balance all of his responsibilities while continuing to consult investors as well as helping individuals find a place to call home.

Paul is personally mentored by Perry Henderson and his mentor Raymond Volluz through Prudential.  Together Raymond and Perry have over 36 years of Real Estate that has helped catapult Paul past his competition armed with a thorough knowledge of Real Estate.

Regardless of if you are a first time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Paul Perez and The Live Well Team have got you covered.

First Time Homebuyers can check out his blog for tips on what to expect when going through your first home purchase.

Green Thinking....

Buying a home that is farther away from work may have a lower mortgage payment, but you'd be surprised at how much more you'll spend by driving to work. Try comparing a house in-town to a less expensive house out-of-town & see the actual cost of commuting for yourself.
