I joined Prudential in 1992 after retiring from a 26 year career as an Air Force pilot. During my time in the military, I flew F4 Phantoms, A-7D Corsairs and my favorite, the A-10 Thunderbolt II. I relocated 17 times including 6 overseas moves. I know the mixed feelings that a relocation can cause. During my years as an officer, I learned the importance of a strong work ethic and adherence to strict ethical standards - the same standards that I practice as a member of the National Association of Realtors. Whether representing a buyer or a seller, I know that my first duty is to the needs of my client. Detailed knowledge of the market, relocation concerns and the latest and most effective marketing tools requires a continuing investment in professional education. I have earned Prudential's Fine Homes Specialist designation, e-certification, and both homebuyer and seller relocation certifications. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS designation). I maintain membership in the national, state and local associations of Realtors. My wife of 35 years, Joanne, has been my mentor during the 15+ years of my career as a Realtor. Between us, we offer more than 39 years experience in the real estate industry. As the senior loan officer in our in-house mortgage company, Joanne offers my clients absolutely superior financial advice and assistance. MY MISSION STATEMENT
My goal as a Realtor is to give my clients the tools and information they need to make correct decisions about buying or selling real estate. It is my responsibility to maintain the necessary knowledge base through continuing education, research, and daily market analysis. I will keep up with technical capabilities and marketing trends to be able to offer my clients the latest and most effective sales tools
