It would be my pleasure to assist you in your property search. My website will provide you with all the tools you need to find the perfect property.

Prior to returning to residential real estate in 2003, Terrill was an investment media broker with Norman Fischer & Associates, Inc., where he brokered over $75,000,000 in radio stations from 1996-2000. He is an experienced negotiator and facilitator and teaches negotiation strategies to corporations. He has been involved in hundreds of intense business negotiations, from multi-million-dollar radio station groups to single family homes. He knows what to do to protect your best interests in a tough negotiation. Terrill also has been a real estate investor and has bought and sold rental property throughout the Austin area. He knows how to help investors spot great potential invesment properties.

Terrill and his wife Loretta have been residents of Tarrytown for over 10 years and are members of the
West Austin Neighborhood Group. In Terrill's spare time he can be seen doing stand-up and improvisational comedy around Austin at the Hideout Theatre He was even the Runner-Up in the Funniest Person in Austin Contest back in 1999. He can also been seen doing stand up comedy at the Capital City Comedy Club. If he's not selling you your dream home, he's making people laugh with his great humor.

As a full-time professional real estate agent, I am educated in the legal aspects of real estate practices and am licensed by the State of Texas, to provide real estate services. Skilled Service

A large part of my work is performed “behind the scenes” previewing homes, researching comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislation, and maintaining my professional credentials. For every hour I spend on your property, I will have spent up to ten hours preparing. I am constantly acquiring information that will help me better serve you.

 

How Am I Compensated?

I am not paid by a traditional salary. I work entirely on commission, which I receive only if I initiate and complete a transaction with you. I am compensated only when all the needs have been satisfied, and the transfer of property is completed. All of the services I provide are uncompensated unless you purchase a property through me. Real estate commissions are traditionally paid at the close of escrow from the Seller’s proceeds.
