My website allows you to view my current listings, search for property or sign up for Watch Alerts, my service that sends you e-mails when new properties that you may be interested in become available. You can also request more information or a private showing of a properety of interest.

I work entirely on commission, which I receive only if I initiate and complete a transaction, and all of your needs have been satisfied and you take ownership of your new home. All of the services I provide are uncompensated unless you purchase a home through me.

As a buyer, you do not pay me a fee. My commission from the purchase side of the transaction is paid by the seller at the close of the transaction.
